ONE WORD REVIEW: YOUNG

Olivia Wilde’s debut directing attempt is impressive, but certainly not for everyone. Best friends Amy (Kaitlin Dever) and Molly (Beanie Feldstein), who are graduating high school with fabulous grades, and not much else. Set on the night before they graduate, the pair decide to go to a party for the first time. There, they discover that they could have had both a social life and academically achieved. The young actors are sure to be big names in the industry, and a cute, engaging plot, it’s difficult not to enjoy what this film has to offer. There are times when the direction is inadequate, and some classic high-school movie teenage girl fights, but all that aside, a very fun watch.
